LOCATION: Restoration in New York State
INDUCTION: 1979
NOTES: It was moved from its port outside River Rouge in the autumn of 2015.

St. James Episcopal Church (Grosse Ile)

LOCATION: 25150 East River Road, Grosse Ile
INDUCTION: 1971 (recently corrected)
NOTES: Part of the more general area entitled "East River Road Historical District."

North Hickory Canal Bridge

LOCATION: Grosse Ile Township
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: A more unique concrete slab construction was not intentional; it was due to a steel shortage during 1940s wartime.

Thorofare Canal Bridge

LOCATION: Parke Lane, Grosse Ile Township
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: Its historical significance stems from its rare cantilever-arch design (two half-arches).

The Ford-Bacon House (current library)

LOCATION: 45 Vinewood, Wyandotte
INDUCTION: 1997
NOTES: The house was donated to the Wyandotte Public School System by Mary Bacon in 1942.

Gibraltar Waterway Canal Bridge

LOCATION: Middle Gibraltar Road
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: As was the case with the Thorofare Canal bridge, it also used a unique cantilever-arch design.

Lincoln Park Post Office

LOCATION: 1335 Southfield Rd., Lincoln Park
INDUCTION: 2004
NOTES: The building was dedicated as a Post Office on August 5, 1939.  Now the home of the Lincoln Park Historical Society.

John & Emma Lacey Eberts House

LOCATION: Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte
INDUCTION: 2009
NOTES: When purchased by the city, it was initially slated for demolition to clear land.

George P. MacNichol Home

LOCATION: Biddle & Vinewood, Wyandotte
INDUCTION: 1984
NOTES: Mr. MacNichol designed this home in 1894 as a wedding gift for his daughter.

Marx House

LOCATION: Biddle Avenue, Wyandotte
INDUCTION: 1976
NOTES: The home was built in 1862 and has gone through six different owners, including the city's first licensed pharmacist.

LOCATION: Border of Brownstown & Berlin Twps.
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: The larger Jefferson Avenue beam bridge was constructed in 1930; construction year of this bridge is unknown.

LOCATION: 36000 blk. of Jefferson, Brownstown
INDUCTION: 2010
NOTES: Part of the route than ran into this area from Urbana, OH.  This segment is called a Corduroy Road.

Southpoint Bridge / Frenchman's Creek

LOCATION: East of Grosse Ile Airport
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: A T-Beam bridge was commissioned in 1939 by the Federal Works Progress Admin.

LOCATION: Jefferson Ave., bordering Detroit
INDUCTION: 2000
NOTES: Only remaining pony truss bascule bridge in the state; closed from 2013-2016.

The S.S. Ste. Claire (Bob-Lo Steamer)

LOCATION: Last docked near the Rouge Complex
INDUCTION: 1979
NOTES: The ship was destroyed by fire in 2018, presumably due to a welding accident.  Overall status on salvage and restoration is unknown.

Wyandotte Oddfellows Temple

LOCATION: 81 Chestnut, Wyandotte
INDUCTION: 2009
NOTES: The Independent Order of Odd Fellows was a fraternal organization.  Constructed in 1911 and used by the Masons from 1943-1993.
